The Mick Costella Memorial Fund

Mick Costella was a board director of TMW who died in December 2008. An inspirational leader, Mick had an insatiable thirst for knowledge which he pursued with boundless enthusiasm and energy and always delighted in sharing his discoveries with others. More than anything, Mick loved spending time with colleagues helping them achieve their personal aims and reaching their full potential. That is why we have set up The Mick Costella Memorial Fund, aimed at providing grants for employees of the whole Creston Group to help fulfil personal development aims.

Creston employees are invited to apply for funding towards imaginative, maybe even slightly left field, personal development goals, such as learning a language, pursuing a hobby, travelling to events or even attending exhibitions and forums. The aim should be to enhance skills and broaden intellectual development enabling them to make a greater contribution to the success of their individual company and the Creston Group as a whole.
