Andrew Dougal

Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee 

Andrew Dougal was appointed to the Plc Board in September 2006.  He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees.  Andrew was previously CEO of Hanson, the international building materials company and, prior to its demerger, Finance Director of Hanson plc, the diversified industrial company. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey Plc and of Premier Farnell Plc and formerly of BPB plc.
