David Marshall became Non-Executive Chairman in November 1999 having previously acted as Chairman from 1984 until 1993 and held this position until March 2010. He is a member of the Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees. He is Chairman of London Finance & Investment Group P.L.C. and Western Selection P.L.C. which is a substantial shareholder in Creston plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Finsbury Food Group Plc, MWB Holdings Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc.
