Malcolm Wall was appointed to the Plc Board in April 2007.  He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominations and Audit Committees.  Malcolm was the CEO of Content Division, Virgin Media up until April 2009.  He is a Non-Executive Director of ITE Group Plc.  Malcolm was previously COO of United Business Media Plc.
